"Took my daughter in for a haircut and style she's been excited about for weeks now. Seeing the look of disappointment on her face was so hard and then paying almost 100 dollars for it.. The style made her look like she was wearing a bad wig. She immediately covered it back up with a beanie. What a waste. Will be going somewhere else next time."

"I never leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. I have light brown/dark blonde hair and just needed my root color touched up. I walked out with SHARPIE PEN BLACK HAIR! Jet black. Black as a black Ford-150. BLACK. I went back in and asked if something could be done and she poured a chemical on my head that FRIED my scalp and caused the skin to blister and peel off in terrifying chunks for weeks afterwards. Months later, my hair is still fried and stiff from this disaster. This experience cost me $ 240."

"The picture with the blonde and brunette is the COLOR that I asked for (except my hair was layered around my face, so I asked for just tips.) The silver picture is the CUT that I asked for, after talking me into a cut for the entire appointment (I said when I booked the appt that I didn't want a cut and reiterated that I did not care to lose any length- even blaming my boyfriend for not liking short hair during the appt.) She told me after the color was already mixed, and I was trying to clarify before it was applied- that she would NOT bleach me anymore (to get the silver/blonde tips I had requested,) but did not indicate that there would be zero blonde left when she was done. The pic of the brown, crop top, man- cut with the overall color that can be achieved from a box, is what I paid $200 plus 20% tip for yesterday. Which is about $100 more than what I paid the first time I went here, and had the same services minus the haircut. 50/50 success rate would usually mean one more try at the salon, just a different person- but the way that the price was so much more this time, combined with feeling guilty, like I need to take accountability for my butchering because I agreed with the professional and was kind as my hair was being mangled, even down to leaving a full 20% tip..... Is why I won't be back at all. Maybe the salon will see this and contact me to make it right, if they value customers who treat them with kindness, despite not getting what I asked for AT ALL, and walking out looking completely different than when I walked in, and paying exactly the amount of money I had, plus tip (I was also very clear about how much I had to spend, but that is what the total came to before tip.) I feel like I got talked into the opposite cut and color that I wanted, because the stylist didn't like the choice/request I made, or agree with the look I was going for myself, and that what I asked for regarding my financial limit was maxed for profitability, not out of consideration for my spending limit."
