"Living in the High Rockies it’s about time we have a quality preventative skin product available. Sunscreen that is for living closer to the sun. Having some of the highest rates for skin cancer here you would think there would be more options available rather than seeking dermatologists to remove half of your face then calling it preventative skin care. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences shopping here. Id rather pay 30 bucks on sun protection then getting $1500 moles removed by a dermatologist if lucky. Will be returning. They have foundation that is also sunscreen sunblock, whatever you call it. Well worth the extra couple of bucks and end up not needing as much coverage it used to take fighting with skin problems."

"I have been going to their Salon for years, I stuck with them at the very worst ( they didn’t have a stylist, not a single one for 3 months!). But during the last 6 months they have almost DOUBLED what I used to pay for a service. I was told that there was a price increase because of inflation, then it was the experience of my stylist, and also that they do not carry a product I normally get ( so the replacement cost more)! Love my stylist, but I’m done. They have no appreciation for customers. With all the price increases…is there better customer service….not a chance. I know they have had a revolving door of managers that come in and leave, but whoever is the current manager, is driving a lot of good paying clients out the door. UPDATE: SO DISAPPOINTED IN COURNEY, TYLER AND THE GENERAL MANAGER. I will be reporting this business to the BBB. THEY CALLED ONE HOUR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TO TELL ME THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT DUE TO PAST NO SHOW (that never happened ) to tell me that they have decided I should find a new salon. It was so obvious that Courtney had just decided she wanted to take more time with the client she had. I had taken off the afternoon off from work, to make sure I was on time for my hair appointment. After talking to the general manager she informed me that the stylist can choose who they have as clients. REALLY, SO IF A SYLIST DOESNT LIKE THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN OR YOUR GENDER, OR JUST THE TONE OF YOUR VOICE MANAGEMENT IS COMPLETELY OK WITH PERPETRATING PREJUDICE! SICKENING, totally SICKENING"

"Got there a few minutes before closing for a single item which would have taken all of two minutes. Nevertheless we were stopped at the door and asked to turn-around because they close at 6PM. Was irritated at first but actually found the item at WalMart later for less $$ so I guess they did us a favor."

"Wow. Went into buy over $100 worth of hair product, had a coupon that would not be honored because of fine print. The fine print says “other prestige hair care products”. How am I supposed to know if my brand is included or excluded in that statement? When I asked the cashier, she indicated that she would “let them know about my comments the next time she attended a board meeting.” Snotty and unnecessary. I’ll be ordering from Amazon from now on."
