However when I walk in on a Friday afternoon to open another account and get told all of the bankers went to lunch and nobody would be available to help me for another 3 hours it's slightly upsetting. I would have been glad to wait for someone to return from a normal lunch break. However the fact that alllll of the bankers where go e and would not return for 3 hours is absurd."
