"Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Someone opened a fraudulent account in my name and after working with the local police department and their fraud team they admitted the account doesn't belong to me. However, they continue to send me monthly statements and late fees. I've talked to multiple people regarding this and it's obvious they don't care. Avoid this place like the plague. Their customer service is a joke. I'd stick my money in a coffee can and bury it in my back yard before opening an account at the Credit Union of Colorado!"

No sales pitch for overpriced junk services or products here. The interest rates can't be beat, and the visa card payment terms are amazing. All of our family members bank here now."
