"PLEASE DO NOT USE DIGNIFI, To make this as short as possible. I approved a payment of $250 and they sent me an email confirming my payment of $250 then charged me $2,319!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t be charged that so they added fees to my payment as it was considered late. Even though I sent them the email OF MY APPROVAL OF $250. I asked them to show me where the email was where I approved $2k and they couldn’t. All they literally said was “I don’t know uhhh sorry uhh I don’t know maam” They took off the late fees and now it’s happening all over again. I have this problem where they are constantly trying to charge me more than what my monthly is, sometimes $300 or $1000 on automatic payments. So if you’re already with them do not allow automatic payments !!!!!!!!! And leave them as soon as possible. Staff is rude and very unhelpful. Terrible company and people"
"From a Merchants Perspective, this company is the worst financing company we have ever dealt with. The Rep assigned to us, Michele Perl "never" returns phone calls or emails. They decline every person sent to them and they overcharge. We are still waiting for a copy of the Contract signed to find out why it cost a Sign On Fee, PLUS 1st month fee and then you have to pay for 30 days AFTER you close your account and THEN you are charged a $50 check handling fee when you cancel the account. If you are a Merchant, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this financing company."
"DigniFi made a huge mistake and forgot to add a loan to my account months later. Because after 3 months they add their assessment. So now my loan of $900 is $2000 which I don’t find fair due to you guys failure of organization. Additionally when I call to get information on my account they have issues finding it. once they do give it to me, they transfer me to the card department. They sound like foreigners and they hang up in my face which doesn’t offer any resolution. Loan # 3886!! 1355142!! (I have 2 loans because one is closed I would always do business with them, not anymore!) I put my loan number but not with all the numbers to show proof I'm a legit customer. A customer that got the bad stick of a deal. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with."
"I was paying more than my monthly payments so on some paydays I skipped making my payments. I didn't realize that these people were charging me late fees for not paying (even though I was ahead of time on my payments). I had left my balance at $200 and when I went to pay it off it was already at $281.71, it turns out that they were charging me for an annual membership of $79 and something more, something that until now I was unaware of (although I had signed a contract, accepting this amount annual), which I had ignored, without forgetting that the interest would be charged; since I never thought that in addition to paying . interest I would have to pay a membership. For that reason (because of the fees for the supposed delay, and because of those memberships I saw that my balance never went down. Very disappointed, just them win, because any of your complaints are accepted."
"DigniFi was supposed to give me a courtesy call on the day my auto loan payment is due. They told me last month they would call me each day it is due. If I miss the payment by a day, I have to pay the interest which brings my payment up to $3,600 instead of $2,500. They called me today, 4 days late, to remind me. I asked, so why are you giving me a courtesy call 4 days late, instead of the day it was due like I was told would happen. She says “oh we did”, goes to the call logs, and says “oh, I’m sorry, you are right. Someone should have called you. But you’re still obligated to pay it on time whether we call you or not.” Will not be using them ever again."
