"First of all I would like to start off by saying I went in and told the gentlemen in the blue hair exactly what I wanted and I did everything he told me and my hair looks amazing I just couldn't be happier. He really went above and beyond and I will be returning as a regular customer. The only request I would have is to keep up on your inventory a bit more because you have amazing products that you just ran out of in a ton of different items that would have been on my buy list, other than that 100% hands down I love you all!"

"So I'm not a first time customer. Plus I've had great experiences every time I've gone. Except the the last time I went. For some reason when I came in about a complaint, a simple one, I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. Even though I've been doing my hair for about 7 years on my own. Usually when I go in I consult with the manager and she's really understanding and nice. This last time she paired me with someone else who was rude to not just me, but the two people I went with. She talked to as if I didn't know what I was doing. In the end I gave up, picked something and left. Usually a great place."
