I asked her to stop and be gentle and she told me that she has kids and if I want it straight then she needs to sit still. I told her to stop paid them and left. I called and talked to Lynn the owner and she was so rude to me and said that's what they have to do cause the scissors are sharp. Never go here it's cheap for a reason."
