"Absolutely rude. We had an appointment for 1:30 and I called at 12:30 to cancel as the bride couldn’t make it in time. And the lady on the phone was very upset with me and proceeded to hang up after saying that wasn’t enough notice. I didn’t even have time to reschedule before being hung up on. Do not recommend."
"I've never had a professional flood my cuticle before. My nails were sloppy. They had junk in the clear acrylic and lots of bubbles. She doesn't know any up to date techniques or trends either. She's not pleasant either. I felt very unwelcome."

She was very meticulous with the shaping of the nails and the designs. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. We both highly recommend going to Susan! Make sure to make an appointment, she's quite busy."
