"I placed an order for pickup in doordash so I can't say anything about the atmosphere or service but.... God bless whoever made my burrito bowl! The portions were perfect didn't even skimp on the guac! It was delicious! They made this like the rent one due! Probs the best order I've had from a chipotle I will def order from here again and as long as it can stay consistent will keep coming back! I took a photo AFTER I started eating I didn't think about a review till about halfway through...."

"My husband ordered food to go tonight and the employee gave him the smallest portion sizes and when my husband asked for more cheese the girl added an additional very small pinch of cheese.. She told him no unless he pays extra… He then asked to speak with the manager to complain about how difficult it was getting a little more cheese and the small meat portions and the manager had the nerve to fill one of those small plastic cups halfway and say “this is all the meat we’re required to give”. I’ve attached pictures to reference.. Aside from their laughable portion sizes, they have zero customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location. This was the absolute worst! We spent $40 just to be treated like scum by their employees and given the smallest portions we’ve ever received at a chipotle. 0/0 stars!!"

I go to Chipotles all over town. In fact, I went to a different one just a few days before this one. This place has a portion size problem. I ordered a bowl, started with a single scoop of rice that didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl (photo included). Next some carne asada, which seemed okay, then some cheese and guac. Very expensive with the guac and premium meat, and I can't believe how little I got for the premium price paid. Clearly, the staff are being trained to do this because complaints about portion size blanket the reviews and they are still doing it. There is no other Chipotle in town that I've been to that does this. So the management at this specific location are training their staff to do this. Until this is addressed, I will be avoiding this location specifically. Too bad. My daughter's cheese quesadilla was not fully cooked, so it ended up being a shredded cheese sandwich (photo included). She wouldn't even finish it because the cheese would just fall out when she picked it up. She's 8 and has very rudimentary requirements for food preparation, and they were not met. This is the first time she didn't want to finish a Chipotle quesadilla. I'll end up having to make additional food to compensate for this incompetent service. The last thing I'll mention is that I usually get the fajita veggies on my bowl or salad, but I looked at what they had in metal serving container and they looked closer to raw than cooked so I decided against it."

"Was very excited for this location. My first time here was less than enjoyable. We ordered to go, and did have to wait in a long line (which makes sense as it was a weekend) except the line was definitely held up as an employee was flirting with a customer. The lettuce was browning so I didn’t end up getting the whole meal I wanted. The Carne Asada was mostly fat, the rice was undercooked, the chips were stale, and after digging into my meal I found a caterpillar in my meal. Picture attached - probably won’t be going back"
