Reviews
"Not a bad experience, Jr whopper is tiny, but not as tiny as the mozzarella sticks. Can't complain too much, the price wasn't awful. The customer service was very nice but also very slow."
"Staff claimed that the general manager did not allow meals outside of the numbered combos. Staff initially claimed the computer wouldn't let them, but then later the drive thru worker said she had gotten in trouble for doing it recently. This is against Burger King corporate policy and the store still had signage for the "make any entree a meal" policy posted. Food was made properly, including requested adjustments."
"A fully staffed restaurant and this place is absolutely dirty! The nuggets where dry and the food came out warm. Will never go back to this location again!"
"I always do dine-in, so my review is based on eating the food as soon as I get it (I know majority of the people get take-out or drive-through). I used to work at Burger King and have purchased their burgers a lot in the past; in my opinion there are much better fast food burgers. What redeems this franchise for me is their breakfast food and their BK Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I have had the chicken sandwich 4 or 5 times, and for a fast food sandwich it is pretty solid, although I am not a fan of their other chicken products (the nuggets are decent but there are better places to get tastier nuggets). The hash browns and biscuit sandwiches are really good if made fresh (I have had a few times where the hash browns had been sitting in the warmer for a while and the biscuit sandwiches were pre-made; the food loses its quality pretty quickly so the key is asking for it fresh and eating it as soon as you get it). On a final note, I would highly recommend the location on Powers & Constitution. Every time I go there the food is made fresh and they seem to care about service more than the other locations I have gone to. The one on Interquest Parkway sucks; I will not be going there ever again."
"Pretty often, I stop here and order a bacon double cheeseburger in a meal. It has never been an issue. Today there seemed to be a new staff. I was told that I couldn't do that as a meal, but that she could gladly ring me up for the items separately. It ended up being close to $4 more than when I'm "allowed" to order a meal. If you don't know how to do something, ask someone. Don't make me suffer because of your lack of knowledge. But the best part was driving away and opening my sandwich to see that they didn't even put bacon on my sandwich. Disappointing."
