"I got to say it wasn’t a quick but good things rarely are. The mofongo con tripleta was really on point and was the best I’ve had since having it in Puerto Rican neighborhoods in Chicago. The empanada was flakey and the beef was moist and spiced perfect. Coming again when I’m back in the Springs for sure sure."

"Everything was delicious! I tried a couple of "puertorican" places here & it was a disappointment, but this food truck was amazing! The wait on the food was longer than expected, BUT they are actually cooking the food to order. I got the mofongo con pinchos, chuleta y arroz con gandules, & maduros! I will be going back for sure! It felt like home so much, I had to call my mom, who's still on the island, just to show her the food & tell her how good it was. 10/10!"

"Absolutely delicious. I got the tripletas. It was absolutely delicious and so filling. The serving sizes are so big. My daughter's got the pinchos. This is the second time we have been and both times my daughter's have both eaten until they were completely full which rarely happens. Very fair price. We will definitely be returning. So glad we found this spot"
