Pho-nomenal 5825 Stetson Hills Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80923

"I ordered through uber eats, got a medium pho with extra meat(rare steak, well done brisket, and tripe plus reg amount of tendon), got extra of the rare steak but not much of the brisket nor the tripe. I've been to their actual location and their serving are way bigger in person compare to when you get delivered which is frustrating since I'm paying more to get a medium but not even getting the same amount at the actual location. The pho also came had wayyyy less broth than what it's supposed to look like when you order at the actual location. I also ordered spring rolls which was a good size but barely any sauce. Again, when I went at the location before, the Spring rolls came with more sauce. The fact that I paid extra for the meat and only the rare steak had extra but not the brisket nor tripe is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating and that the pho had more noodles than broth which is also frustrating and ridiculous. Same with the Spring roll that came with not enough sauce and the fact that the sauce already came in a small container and they only put in around half of that tiny container. Me and my family have been to the actual location and the portions are good but when it comes to having your food delivered, they should keep the same proportion as it is when you order at the location. This was just frustrating and ridiculous. Also not to mention the food was cold when it arrived to my place and I was only 10 minutes away."

"My family always orders from here. Lately, the food has changed in a bad way. I got the combination noodle bowl (which isn’t cheap) and my chicken was nasty, chewy, and smelt weird. We also got the spring rolls, they were bad as well, not how they use to be. I don’t think we will order from here anymore. Service and food has gone downhill. Spending $100 or so on dinner for our family and throwing a lot out was disappointing."

"The food was good, the service was good, but it might be time for them to upgrade to a bigger better location. The place had a constant draft from all the people coming in. Still love the food here."

"Dined once, and it was great, but we usually get it delivered or pick up. Food is delicious and large portions. My favorite is the noodle and pork bowl with egg rolls (which are amazing imo), and my husband likes the rare steak pho. We really love the food!"

"Dined at Pho-nomenal today. Their grilled meats were absolutely delicious and looked great on the plate. Somehow, I couldn't help but feel that the pho broth lacked that authentic touch I was hoping for. Also the Nước chấm sauce seriously lacking favor. Not sure if they intentionally avoid the fish sauce. On the plus side, the portion size was very generous, and the service, while just okay, didn't dampen the experience too much. I will stick with the grilled meat and rice plate next time, not the pho. Overall, it's a decent spot to eat."
