"Its been literally 30+mins on waiting for to go.. it shouldn't take this long for a lobby order to go. U got 1 guy just walking around on his phone. When he can help with fulfilling orders. Unacceptable. Do better. B better."

"Walked in 20 minutes ago (not real busy at all) Me and another person waiting to be asked for our order…. NOTHING and there were crew members right there. A person whom kinda looked like some kind of manager (wearing different cloths/jacket) standing there and didn’t help us (I waited 15 min for help & then walked out) So called manager just drinking his drink and playing with his long hair (Gross and touching food afterwards) Worst customer service yet…."

"On our trip from Wisconsin we visited on Tuesday the 13th for lunch and were very pleased. For being in a bit "sketchier" part of town, the restaurant was very clean and kept up well. This seems to be a rarity in most fast food restaurants nowadays. I usually don't leave reviews for fast food, but I was surprised by the place and the staff deserves recognition."

"I was really happy we tried this location. We had stopped going to Arbys because the location on the East side rarely got any order correct. The 3 cheese roast beef was really good. I'd never tried it before & was pleasantly surprised. The kids like the ham & cheese sliders. The onion rings were really good, cook perfectly and fresh. The staff was friendly & fairly quick. Now for the bad, the curly fries were not good. They were under cooked, old & cold. It was like biting into cold grease bombs. Usually the curly fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and hot all the way through. The one we got, were none of those things."
