"My wife and I spent our 30th anniversary here and had a great time. The service was perfect. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. The room was one of the most quiet and comfortable hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Beautiful views and easy walking distance from all the town amenities. This was a great little getaway for us. "Great couple getaway. Room was terrific, spa tub and fireplace, comphy pillows and bed. The hotel has so much interesting history with much of it on display throughout. Restaurants were top notch, food was delicious. But the best part was the staff, I have never been treated so well."

"First time at The Cliff House, we enjoyed our stay. We had a room on the lower level facing towards the street. However, during the late hours, we didn't hear much noise, except for the usual guests in the hallway. The room was quite nice, decorated, and a TV that wouldn't connect to the network, so we couldn't enjoy a flick from Netflix. The curtains were stuck up top, so it wasn't all that dark for our sleep. Breakfast didn't have as many options as we thought, but it was nice, eggs, fruit, bread, yogurt, pastries, cold/hot cereal. The service from everyone was courteous & friendly. Personally, I think the parking of your vehicle would be ideally included, especially for the pricing of the overall stay. In general it was a delightful stay & has lots of history and wall art to look at as well as a piano dining room, which we sadly missed."

"Stayed for one night in a suite with the romance package; well worth it! The service was excellent, the room was clean, the views were good, and the breakfast was simple yet delicious. Parking is pretty bad, as expected with the downtown location, but valet service isn't expensive and the valets were very polite. Pretty much all of historic Manitou Springs, and its shops/attractions, are within walking distance. I'm tall and the shower in our room had a very low ceiling, but that's also expected in such an old building. Otherwise, we loved the room and the stay!"

"Just had our wedding celebration here. Omg they did everything perfectly. All our guests loved the place and loved the party. Coordination was not a problem at all and we were kept informed of what all was needed. They take care of everything. Staff was exceptionally diligent. Don't have enough nice things to say about this place. We'll be back."
