"Service was excellent! The chips are thin and fresh and served with a creamy jalapeno dip that is really tasty. Salad comes in a large serving. Red sauce has a sweet taste that seemed to takeover the other flavors. Tacos were good. Good selection for kids meals. Interesting artwork all around. While waiting for your food don't forget to look for the tiny hidden pandas all around the restaurant, great to keep little ones busy!"

"32 dollars for lunch- a margarita so small prolly 5-7 oz(15 dollar) and food was a 2 at best - def not a 15 dollar burrito. I have had better at every other place in springs. On a bright note - Server was good though Will never go back. Sorry"

"This place was amazing! I have never had true Tex-Mex, but I think Chuy’s is the closest that I have come so far. Such fun decoration inside the restaurant and it had me feeling as if I was on the equator. Great service and the food was amazing. I am sure that there are much better Tex-Med places in Texas but when you are in Colorado you have to settle with what you got and Chuy’s does not disappoint!"

"We tried this place after receiving a free queso coupon from an event. It didn’t disappoint. The queso was amazing! And the chicken flautas were even more so. On top of that, the portion sizes in relation to the price was great. Each entrée is a ton of food. I couldn’t finish it and had to take home leftovers. Food came out very quickly and seemed freshly made. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a great restaurant addition to COS."

"Was surprising good affordable family friendly Mexican food. We had a great experience, our waiter Nas was possibly the best waiter and service we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in every one was friendly and created a wonderful environment for my family of 6. We were seated quickly and greeted with chips, salsa and another dip, we added queso that was brought out soon after. Our waiter was helpful with entree selection and very attentive to us from start to finish. The food was good and was less expensive than other similar restaurants. I highly recommend giving Chuy's a try with your whole family."
