"We stopped by Freddy's on our way to the movies. We went inside to order and eat lunch. No line except for 2 - 3 cars in the drive-thru. We were not greeted or acknowledged for over 10 minutes. The person taking orders either ignored us or was so overwhelmed she didn't notice us. Only three workers on a busy Tuesday lunch hour. Hard to like a place if you are ignored and can't order food. We left and got served next door by Arby's in about 5 - 10 minutes. Such a shame because we really like Freddy's, but the lack of service was a huge disappointment."

"We were out late on Sunday night. We pulled in to Freddy's at 9:56 pm ....4 minutes before they were supposed to close and the general manager, Christian invited us in to order food and to sit down to eat. Super nice team at the interquest location, even at 10 pm!!! Thanks guys"
