"I am a fan of the crispy fish and also their Reubens (with extra kraut) but someone in this Arby's can really decorate their shakes and I always order a plain Arby's for my dog and a deluxe Arby's with sauces in a separate bag for the homeless dude who hangs out by the gas station and this Arby's is very nice about it and gives him extra napkins."

"Got food to take home for dinner. My girlfriend’s was fine. I ordered sauce with mine which I didn’t get. Didn’t want to drive an additional 30 minutes, round trip, to get sauce. Went in the next day to get a refund of only my food. I had the food and receipt. Was refused. People make mistakes and forget things no big deal, the manager could’ve made it right and refused. Horrible customer service.."
