"Waited 20min for two drinks I had ordered 5-10min prior on the app. Was forgotten about twice, had to ask about my order multiple times. Finally got my drinks and the slushie was already partially melted"
"Ordered around 8:00 on 11/5/23. Whoever put the lid on didn’t put it on so when he handed it to me it spilled everywhere in my car. When I asked for napkins because half the drink spilled, young man at the drive thru window gave me about 5. When I said I needed more because half the drink spilled, he gave me 5 more. My phone is now not charging and I do not know if it is because it is wet or my Apple car play plug in is damaged. No sorry or anything at the window."
"This place is consistently horrible. My order is wrong everytime I go! This is my last time. The bread was burnt and hard, when did you start putting ketchup on a #1? The onion rings were cold I mean like half frozen still cold! If there is another sonic closer please choose that one!"
"I have never been to Sonic, but I knew they offered Coneys (as they put it on their menu). I finally had the time, the geographical opportunity, and enough cash in my wallet to give them a try. Not that it was at all expensive, no indeed. It was fun to use the drive-in carport and its radio. The last time I did that was at the Pennfield A&W in Battle Creek, Michigan in the mid-Seventies! Anyway, I was disappointed. My dog had hardly any chili on it, and the cheese was that fake cheesy sauce that is all too common in malls and food courts. I’d say the quality was about on par with Dairy Queen or the A&W’s that currently share space with KFC’s. In other words, reminiscent of a real once-upon-a-time chili dogs, but not after the first bite. Too bad! I did like the little Sonic mint they gave me. That was a nice touch."
