McDonald's 300 South Broadway, Denver, CO 80209

"I odered the Egg McMuffin breakfast number one. According to my receipt, the drive through at restaurant #13099 is located in SoBo (South Broadway) of Denver. Note, when ordering an orange juice, a drink upcharge will apply. I got a smile at the first window and a bag of hot food at the second window. A plus for getting a straw too. Nothing changes when nothing changes. Things stay great. Additionally, each location can vary in terms of service and cleanliness. However, the food remains reliably consistent in delivering the iconic staples known everywhere. McDonald's speedee service is still here. What is new is my own input into the touch screen ordering system. It's WcDonald's and it's on the top of the sauce in gold."

"I love this McDonald’s on 3rd &! Broadway I’ve always had great customer service but I was a little disappointed on Wednesday evening I went and use my gift card. I had five dollars left on it of course and then I use cash to pay the other half and I ordered the number to the bacon, the hamburger the one with the bacon the meal anyway they replaced it because when she handed me the bag it dropped on the floor so they gave me some more french fries. The only thing is they didn’t give me a drink and it was the deal the hamburger the french fries and a Coke but they didn’t give me a drink , other than that you know I’ve had never had any trouble and I am mentally disabled so I don’t know how to use will you go up to the screen and you do your order I always go up to the counter and they wait on me and I greatly appreciate that. I was just a little bit disappointed because I didn’t get my soda , no worries you’re not gonna lose me as a customer because of that .. But I will be back. I gave you guys five stars I just thought I’d spring it up about my soda but that’s OK. Nobody’s perfect in this world."

"Ordered our food online before we got there, then once I got there they told us to go around through the drive thru to reset their timer and we had to wait behind 5 cars but we ordered first in the app. Apparently their manager wanted us to do that. And our fries are cold."

"During my visit to this location the manager treated a disable customer with incredible disrespect. The customer has a service animal who had no leash because it interfered with the task the service animal exists to perform. They threatened to call animal control and the police on this customer. Is that legal? I will let you Google and make up your own mind. I do not plan to patronize this establishment ever again, and I think you shouldn't either."
