Ni Tuyo
About the Business
Ni Tuyo is a unique food and restaurant institution located at 730 South University Boulevard in Denver, Colorado. It is the latest venture of the family behind Adelitas Cocina Y Cantina and La Doña Mezcaleria. Chef Silvia Andaya brings generational Mexican cuisine and agave-forward cocktails to the Bonnie Brae neighborhood. The menu features a variety of mezcal, tequila, sotol, raicilla, and bacanora, challenging the notion that such spirits are rustic and unrefined. The drinks menu includes creative cocktails like the Claro Claro, Que Onda, and Papayita. In addition to cocktails, Ni Tuyo offers a selection of non-alcoholic beverages such as horchata and agua fresca. The food menu includes dishes like elote, tlacoyos, and bean salad. Happy hour specials are also available. The wine list features Spanish and Mexican options, while the beer selection includes Mexican favorites like Pacifico and Negra Modelo. Guests can also enjoy mezcal and agave ensembles, as well as a variety of tequilas, sotols, bacanoras, and raicillas. Whether you're looking for a unique dining experience or a place to enjoy a drink with friends, Ni Tuyo offers a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine and spirits in a welcoming atmosphere.

"I'm glad we decided to try this place. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They gave suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed. The drinks were really tasty, the food portions were generous and very flavorful. They had vegetarian options and gluten-free options. They also let you know on the menu if something is spicy. We couldn't finish all of it and they were kind enough to put our leftovers away for us which I really appreciated so much because I ended up needing help. It was packed and noisy, they don't take reservations for less than 6 people so just a heads up if you are sensitive to those things. It's a place I'll be recommending to my friends."
"Attention Foodies!- Your taste buds will not be disappointed when you visit this place! Really enjoyed the delicious food here! Very unique dishes and also some familiar ones for the less adventurous people. This is not your typical Mexican food fare."
"Scrumpdillyicious! After a few days of helping our kids get settled into their Wash Park home, my wife and I were ready for cocktails and a good meal. Thanks to glowing online reviews, we found our way to nearby Ni Tuyo. Our gracious server Maria M. quickly delivered margaritas--the first of two rounds--along with a flight of three salsas and heavenly chips. On her recommendation, we split the Ni Tuyo molcajetes, a enormous serving of steak, chicken, sausage, cactus, roasted onions and cheese in a gigantic mortar that kept the food piping hot throughout our entire meal. As much as we ate, we still carried away enough for a substantial midnight snack. Our only regret--no room for dessert! :("
"First time here- fun place with very good food. I had never had a molcajete before- it was very good and fun to eat. Drinks were good and environment is casual but trendy. The people in the kitchen know what they’d re doing. Great spot for a casual night out."
"Ni Tuyo serves up delicious traditional Mexican food in a beautiful, bright setting — with the best Mezcal selection I’ve seen in a long time! Ni Tuyo comes from the same family that brought you Denver’s long-time favorite Adelita’s — so it’s no surprise it’s fantastic. With the help of Owner Nathan Ayala-Schmit, I tried mezcals I have never seen — much less would have thought to order — and they were some of the best spirits I’ve ever had. This is a spot I’ll for sure come back to again and again! Daily happy hour 4-6pm and 9pm-close (both food & drink specials, including BOGO margaritas). Mezcal Wednesdays feature 1/2 off select mezcals or tequilas. The molcajete is a must-try, and comes in a variety of meat, seafood, or vegetarian options. It’s been one of my favorite dishes for a long time, and in case you don’t know what it is: it’s a traditional Mexican dish served in a hot stone bowl and usually composed of salsa, cheese, onions, cactus, and a variety of meats. Also a must try: the tres leches created with their family recipe."
