"We went on a day when a snowstorm closed just about every business. We were thankful that Chili's was open, but we were even more thankful for our server, who was very pleasant and a trooper for making it to work. I don't recall her name, but she did a great job!"

"We enjoyed a wonderful lunch there today, and they only had one waitress for the whole half of the restaurant! Maya did an outstanding job and the rest of the staff that was there created “team“ and they did a wonderful job. No one was aware that they were so shorthanded because of how they were able to work together. Keep up the good work!!"

"First off let me start by saying we had a rather large party and long behold, our wait was not significantly long. I’d say we waited a good 20 minutes or less to have our whole party seated. As far as the service we were greeted with awesome hospitality and accommodated to a T. Our orders were quickly received and the cooks made no mistakes with our meals. Everything came out in a timely fashion and freshly made, In all from walking in the door to grabbing my first bite I’d say 30/40 minutes max was the time it took to get our food, once again I say we were deep, and everybody food came out in a timely fashion. Upon reviewing the bill, everything was easy to pay and separate as the form of payment was digital. We were happy to leave appropriate tips and left satisfied. No one complained and everyone lived happily ever after."

"Everything that could go wrong, did ... Wrong food brought out, food particles found in drink, ticket was wrong, you name it ... BUT ... Our server Gabby was a good sport and her service remained TOP NOTCH! I can't believe the poor girl held it together! If it wasn't for her professional and friendly attitude/service, it could have easily turned into the worst experience ever! Instead we left with a smile and a funny memory we won't soon forget."

"5/8/23- The 3 for me meal deals are actually a good value. I did the chicken sandwich which was one of the better chicken sandwiches I have had in general. The I did the up charge for the chip trio and it was totally worth it. I had ordered the the veggies to try and be slightly healthy, but the first time they brought my food out they gave me fries. At least they were willing to fix their mistake and did it quickly."
