"I order 3 subs . My sub was supposed to be steak sub and I got a itialian sub which I couldn't eat due to allergic to onions. I also bought 12 pack or cookies didn't get the cookies. I tried to call for over a hour and no answer. I didn't have car so couldn't drive there. So next day I went in to store and a supervisor said there was nothing she could do to fix this . Not even a refund for cookies I didn't get. She seemed to not care so much about customer service . Told me manager would t be in till next day. . Still no resolve to any of it so I'm still out of $25 and won't go back. I understand mistakes and I've worked retail and food for years. But for company not to let customer know they out of something and offer to replace or refund it .. but this subway just decided to keep my money and not give me what I paid for"
"I went here not that long ago and the experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! There was a guy and a girl working behind the counter, who had major anger issues and were very disrespectful towards their customers. My mom placed an order for 4 sandwiches for my family but it wasn't working, therefore, our only option was to order it separately. I walked in to get the first order because it said it was done, the guy gave me so much attitude and even rolled his eyes at me when he handed me the bag. I politely said, "Thank you". 20 minutes later, while we were waiting, my mom said that the second order was done. As I walked in, I tried explaining to the guy in the front that there was a malfunction on the app and we had to separate the order and even apologized. (Even though I shouldn't have, had I known he'd be even more disrespectful) He rolled his eyes again saying it wasn't true and the order wasn't in the system, not even confirming it on the computer. I told him I could get my mom's phone to show him that I wasn't lying, he continued to ignore me. I decided to then walk out of the subway out of realization he didn't care for the order. Frustrated, I explained the situation to my mom, who then went inside to only be insulted and still not receive our sandwiches. She asks to speak to the manager, who then refuses to give the male employee's or her name out of spite to help him. To which she then responds to my mom by saying, "It doesn't matter right now". The same girl 'supervising' rolled her eyes and began to look at where the sandwich orders were and started to make the sandwich, while still continuing to make insults at my mom. (Meaning the guy WAS able to see the order the whole time) My mom was then told by the girl, "Aren't you going to thank me for making your sandwiches?". Overall, we were not rude or disrespectful in any manner and did not deserve to be treated like this in any way. WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION DUE TO THE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! -1000/10 DO NOT COME HERE!!!"
