"Bear Valley Subway is the worst service ever. Charged for a 12 inch got a 6 inch, rude staff and food is only average. Subway, check on your stores, your losing business due to terrible staff!! Lady making the sandwiches was so rude. Hire new staff!!!"

"I have been to this Subway 4+ times now. The service and atmosphere was ok. The food not so fresh. Rusty lettuce, translucent cucumbers and tomatoes barely ripe. Also having to repeat my order 3 times. Maybe it's a language barrier? No more eating Subway."

"It's clean and the ingredients are Subway, so at least there's that. What ingredients you get are up to the limited lexicon of the staff on hand. Asking five times for a wrap got me about four bucks worth of tuna and some cheese in a bowl that cost around twelve bucks. No forks on site so I used a straw bent in half to eat my food. The staff is friendly, especially with each other...I will give them another go when I'm less hungry and more patient, maybe bring pictures of a wrap to help decipher my words."

"Terrible experience!!! The lady helping our family spoke NO English and a very bad attitude. When we tried to communicate our order to her she kept getting it wrong. We corrected her on the bread we wanted over and over she got mad, squished it in her hand and threw the it. The only way to get the correct ingredients on the sandwiches was to point directly at them, and she was still putting the wrong things on our sandwiches. She acted like it was an inconvenience just to do her job. We finally had to leave without purchasing our dinner with you because of the great aggravation. We went to this restaurant as a "special night" out for our family. The experience couldn't have been more complicated. Service at this store used to be great before. You have lost our families business. Bad business Subway!!! FYI... I witnessed the same situation happen to the father and his 2 daughters before us. I think this is happening more than is being brought to your attention! =Lose of business, loss of income."
