"My order was messed up, which was a bummer, but mistakes happen but when I called they answered in silly voices and didn't say it was Wendy's, I had to ask. I could hear everyone laughing in the background. My roomate called and was told no one could refund us the things we ordered that we didn't get and that we had a few hours to come get the missing items. That no one would honor a refund because different people were working the next day."

"We had breakfast at this location and both meals were cold and very dry. I hate wasting food but I couldn’t even finish eating mine. The restaurant was clean though, and the cashier was nice, although I think he may have been a very new employee."

"I’m was plowing snow with my guys and came through super late at 1am with a very large order. Angelo was super kind and on it. I figured he would be upset but did it with a smile. You have a good guy and a real leader here. Very hard to find."

"This location used to consistently have fresh and fully cooked food. Here in the last 3 months i have had the opposite experience. I have received under cooked nuggets and cold fries multiple times in a row. Not sure if there has been management or process changes but it definitely has made me second guess going to this location in the future."

"Everytime I come to this Wendy's which is not the closet to my house but I don't mind coming all the way here. They are always on point freshest food of any restaurant when the burger to hot to bite into you know it's fresh. Keep up the good work guys I see you!"
