"Love the butter burgers and fries. I've had the fish and fish sandwich a couple times now. Very disappointing. Soggy batter on the cod every time. I won't get the fish anymore. I'll stay with the butter burger."

"It took us nearly an hour to get our food. They kept prioritizing all the pickup orders and literally every person inside had been waiting 40+ minutes for their food. A bunch of teenagers running the place on a Saturday night. Not a great idea. At least one responsible adult should’ve been in charge of these kids because they were clearly overwhelmed and didn’t know how to handle the situation. Not their fault at all. Managements fault. They didn’t ask us if we wanted a refund or anything. Just let us stand there for an hour. You’d think of they were so packed with orders, they’d stop taking orders until they caught up. A better system needs to be in place. Just because someone orders online shouldn’t mean they are prioritized over the people inside who waited forever. We almost walked out without our food because we have a child who needed to eat. Whoever owns this location should actually be at their store handling the kids running this place. Their apologies were not great either. Just “sorry for the wait”. Huh, you think??"

"Walleye Fish Sandwich. If ya know, ya know. No better fish for frying than Walleye and Culver’s makes a mighty fine fish sandwich out of it! Pleasantly surprised when I first tried it. Would have taken pictures of it, but it was so good, it didn’t exist for long! This restaurant has always been a good place to eat: clean, pleasant atmosphere, good food, good service, adequate parking, efficient drive-thru, fast and fresh. But, never a place I really thought about reviewing, until now. The Walleye sandwich is something everyone should try at least once. Best fish sandwich I’ve had at any fast food establishment, fins down! Thanks for an awesome lunch, Culver’s!"

"Average food from a franchise. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a shake. The sandwich was average, with simple toppings, but it was certainly better than a grilled chicken at Wendy's or McD's. The shake was kind of gummy, in texture and a sugar overload. Service was very friendly. Had to wait a few extra minutes, for the sandwich to be brought to my car but they had a system in place to smoothly handle this."

"I throughly enjoyed the inside. Unlike some other chains, that make inside customers feel unwelcomed, this place still takes care of it inside diners. It's obvious these days that most other chains hate catering to inside customer. Burger was super good.. and I'm in love with the Chilli chedar fries. Can't wait to try other stuff here"
