"I had an absolutely remarkable experience at this Freddy’s™️. I was enthusiastically served by potentially one of the best employees the service industry has ever seen, Wally. To say the least, he’s him. Not only was my food served hot and quick, it was nothing short of delicious. I could tell that each fry was made with love. The plethora of fry sauce I received with my order was an extra nice touch that did not go unnoticed. Overall my experience was serendipitous. 10/10 will grub again."

"Usually have good experience with the food. Last night ordered cheese curds, got little chicken instead. Took it back today with receipt and they supposedly cooked cheese curds. Got home, and it’s chicken again!! Ordered the page to share with hubby. Not worth $8 if not going to get order right. I’m so disappointed right now. Was looking forward to the cheese curds. Will be a long time before we go back."

"2 old ladies came in for lunch, just before it started to get busy. We hadn't been to Freddy's before today. Wally helped us with making food and serving size choices. He also offered to deliver our food. He suggested a kid size shake rather than small. It was the perfect size. He was great. We plan to come back again. Some of the tables had residue from previous eaters. Our table was the cleanest and crumbs were wipeable."

"Went into Freddy's for lunch today, the place was fairly busy but Walter ( the manager) and the staff handled the rush well. My food was fresh, hot and delicious. The best service all around from this location and plan to return soon."

"I hate leaving a 1/5 review for a restaurant I've enjoyed for years but this situation was comically terrible. After waiting in the drive thru with my Dad for 40 minutes (they're busy and I know how that goes), the mobile order wasn't "available" and we were asked to either come in or get back in line due to how busy they were... So. we wait for another 20 minutes and get our 3 burgers. All is well. Right? Well, after we get home and start to eat it became apparent we were given 3 double burgers with nothing on them. Normally this wouldn't have been as frustrating as it was but considering the hour of sitting in the car waiting and the "doctored" up burgers we paid $10+ extra for, this was unbelievable. I've worked fast food and know how it goes some times so I intended to call and hope someone would make it right. But the line was disconnected after calling on multiple phones. Long Story short.. Freddy's is amazing but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Avoid this location. All about second chances but this was next level terrible service. To whom it may concern, feel free to reach out. But as of now, we will be enjoying In-and-out"
