Church's Texas Chicken

"I only saw young men working during my last visit. ****PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE WASHING YOUR HANDS*** and Sanitizing surfaces. I’ve had stomach cramping and diarrhea since I ate the meal on 3/23. I had to wait for the chicken to cook. I don’t think it was the chicken because it was fresh and thoroughly cooked."

"I used to love Churches Texas Chicken and when I visited a location that I was unaware of where I live I'd stop in and get dinner. The chicken was so over cooked and extremely dry. I asked for spicy and did not get what I ordered. The side dishes are so small that the servings are for toddlers and not adults. The only thing that I did enjoy was the large lemonade but I asked for no ice and received ice."

"We went to get dinner for our family of 7. This is not a cheap meal to begin with. I ordered two of the 12 pc family value meal with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The price posted was 34.99 each. We order other items too. When they told us the total we questioned the amount. They charged us 36.99 each and up charged the Mac and cheese. Both the associate and manager lied to us. The associate told us one was for 34.99 and they charge more for the double order. Bebe lied to my face and said it does state on the sign there is an up charge on the sign. Look at the pictures there is no notice of an up charge. Plus it doesn’t state it with the meal either. Bebe was extremely unprofessional and doesn’t know how to take care of customers. 100% dissatisfied with churches chicken!"
