"I had a 5 star review 2 weeks ago when you could still get counter service. Today I waited in line and a customer in front of me was served when it was my turn I was taken to the kiosk by the employee. I was told I need to learn how to use the kiosk. I told them no your going to take my order just like the person in front of me. Employee said no you need to learn how to use it I said fine I'll go somewhere else. I didn't get to eat lunch. first of all I tried the kiosk it takes me to much time to find items. It's supposed to make things easier it's a waste of my time. I DON'T WANT TO LEARN NEW THINGS ON MY LUNCH BREAK I ONLY HAVE 30 MINUTES!!!!! I have owned quick SERVICE restaurants and must say putting obstacles in my way makes me not to order anything. We always put an emphasis on face to face customer service. I used to eat at Mc Donald's 3 times a week now I'm not going to patronize Mc Donald's anymore."

"We have gone to the McDonald's on Hampden a few times within the last few days. Each time ordering on the app and picking up from the drive through. The last 3 times we went there was something missing from our order and we did not notice until we got there. Home. The quality of the food is the same as any standard McDonald's. The drive through configuration is different than many other drive through locations so pay attention to the signs. They also no longer have a drink machine inside the restaurant."

"I don't know how, but regardless of what time I've visited this McDonalds in particular, the food is better than like 90% of the other McDonalds I've been to, regardless of if you go at lunch time rush, 2pm, or 3am, it is consistently fresh, or on the 5% chance they don't make your food fresh when you order, it is that good kind of "stale" and never like dry soggy limp sad fries or nuggets. Their consistent food quality is on point EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go out of my way to drive past 3-4 McDonalds that are closer to my home, just because I know I'm gonna get that high quality and fresh McDonalds instead of food that's been sitting in the food warmer for whoever knows when. Even when the staff (which are hands down the friendliest McDonalds staff I have EVER met) accidentally messes something up in your order, they make it again correctly and fresh (last time they even threw in a free large fry)."

"I just wanted to come on here and give a shout out to their amazing staff. I always come here on my way to work when I am craving breakfast because it's not close to my house. Every time I have come. I've had excellent service with a smile and my breakfast sandwich is delicious. I usually get an iced coffee or frappe and that's always good too. Thank you for hiring friendly and efficient workers that making get breakfast quick and pleasant! ❤️"

"Wow, we had to go through the drive-through since it was so early... but our order was so wrong. We ordered a number 7 with sweet tea and a number 6 with an iced coffee. It was over $11 and seemed correct until we got only the number 6 with a drink upcharge on a coffee. They put the sweet tea on the #6 and totally left out my burritos and hashbrown. We had to turn around (making us late), and they still charged us over $8 more for 2 burritos and a hashbrown. The burritos were hard, and sadly, not even worth returning and paying extra for. We are very upset. I couldn't even eat my hard tortilla burritos."
