"The fried pickles are really really greasy and have more of a cucumber taste. The fries are really good, but the chicken sandwich wasn’t great- hardly average at best. Again, the pickles on the sandwich tasted like cucumbers, which was not appetizing. Almost $1.00 for each small cup of dipping ranch. The smothered chicken was not smothered at all, as you can see from the picture. Lots of breading and not much meat. The mac and cheese had no flavor to it. This place wouldn’t survive in the south if they were a “southern restaurant.” We aren’t going to come back. Cherry on top was the soap being completely out in the bathroom so I got to walk out with greasy hands. Yuck."

"This was the cutest place! The theme was great and provided a wonderful atmosphere for our Saturday brunch. The place was busy, but we didn't wait long to be seated at all. The service was fast and friendly! The food was absolutely delicious. We found this place because we were in the mood for chicken and waffles, and this place absolutely delivered! We also got an order of the shrimp and grits, which was equally delicious."

"I think this is a super fun place to take a date as long as you aren’t a fan of southern food. I took a birthday group of 3 and while most of the food was tasty, I had the weirdest meatloaf of my life. To start, it was a meatball. Secondly, you could tell the meat was puréed because the texture was that of wet dog food. Hoping to salvage the evening, I ordered a banana pudding to share with the table and we were all shocked by the soupy consistency of the pudding and the fact that there were no wafers in the pudding but just a light dusting over the top. At least our server was super sweet and great with the water refills. I recommend anything fried if you plan to take a chance."
