Los Dos Potrillos Mexican Restaurant

"I just want to say that this has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Denver area. So so much so that I waited one hour and 45 minutes last night for a table when they told me it would be one hour. I was extremely disappointed because I was so looking forward to an amazing meal. Mistake was cooked incorrectly. My shrimp was like rubber rice was cold. The beans were ice cold it was just not a good experience at all. For a while, I know businesses have bad days. But it’s gonna be a long time before I come back. So sadly disappointed."

"not sure how this restaurant has this high of ratings. was not pleased with 2/3 of my combination plate. “cheese” enchilada was about 3 inches long in total and contained close to no cheese at all. green chili sauce is very watered down tasting and the ground beef quality was very poor.. I would NOT return to this restaurant at all. The atmosphere is nice, I will give it that."

"Went here for some lunch a while back and it was amazing! Real authentic Mexican food, and very fast service. They had this “margarita tree” and it was the coolest thing ever. A variety of different flavors and just the right amount of tequila. It was a pretty busy place but the ambiance was great!! Loved everything about it."

"Excellent restaurant, food was absolutely amazing. The quality and taste of the food was out of this world. The service was great and we also had a live mariachi band. Flavors were on point, table side guacamole was cool too. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back."
