"It was the worst burrito I had for dinner. Watery and no meat at all. I will never go there ever again to that place. Whoever the store manager needs to pay attention to how to serve quality. Either need to take their employees to get trained at TACO STAR. I'M VERY UPSET!!! NOT FANTASTIC, NOT ALL!!!"

"The children working here have zero customer service training. They barley speak, didn't realize it was my turn to order cause the kid never said "hi""can I help you" nothing... just starred at me very awkwardly. Then continued to handle the food with an attitude. Brian Quintana had mentioned this exact issue, I read his review and agree."

"Try this top value order, Burrito Bowl with tortilla on side, 1)1/2 +1/2 mix white and brown rice 2) Black beans 3) Barbacoa 4) Extra Fajita veggies 5) Fresh tomato salsa 6) Corn salsa 7) Cheese+ Sour cream Add a large guacamole on the side. Get a bag of tortilla chips at the closest store. When you order it in person you get more food. I make burritos most times as we get a great value for the price. This also makes great nachos to share. When I order chicken I change up to. 1) Chicken 2) white rice 3) Pinto beans Everything else same as above #4 on When you order like that it is a great value and best meal possible for this type of fast food."

"This place used to be really good, but I have had uncooked rice, salsa that is 10x hotter than usual. When we did online orders the order were missing things... just keeps being a pretty bad experience, so even if I am craving Chipotle, I'll go to a different one. Hopefully they aren't all bad now. Oh and their new mew menu displays are terrible and unreadable. I have pretty good vision and they were hard to read. What happened to Chipotle?!? I used to eat there once a week! I have also noticed that employees used to be happy there. Now they always seem miserable. So Chipotle is probably failing pretty high up the chain."
