"Picked up for grubhub customer and the lady at the front counter refused to acknowledge me until I had to stop her and be like hey excuse me I have grubhub order. She said “yea” rolled her eyes and walked away. She made the lady from the drive thru give me the order that had been ready and sitting there the whole 15 minutes I was waiting behind the counter, and as that girl proceeded to give me the bag she said DoorDash” and I said “for grubhub” and than she told me we don’t go by names here. The whole crew is incompetent and rude and I see why the only job they could get is minimum wage front counter at McDonalds."

"DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to an the bad part is I’ve given them two chances. First experience, I was doing an Uber eats order, and the manager who is a heavyset white lady, seeing how backed up they were went inside after smoking a cigarette, put her cigarette out on the wall and went straight to make orders didn’t wash hands nothing. Second encounter was tonight everyone is preparing for the snow, so we stopped to get us a bite to eat, my husband ordered a chicken sandwich. Got it home we asked for cheese. The receipt said add cheese. There was no cheese in the chicken was old, so drove all the way back. Told the manager that the sandwich was not made correctly and the fries were cold. She said it’s impossible that your fries are cold I’m not giving you new ones and took the sandwich got home opened the box. Literally they burnt the chicken sandwich!! Didn’t bother to make a fresh one at all. Needless to say won’t be returning to this location."

"This and the Edgewater McDonald's are the worst. Stopped going to the Edgewater, probably going to have to stop going to this one too. Me and my husband ordered on the app last night and our food wasn't there, even though we'd already paid for it. Supposedly the app should have refunded us, but it didn't. Really annoying! They are also incredibly slow and not very professional."

"The absolute worst fast food service I’ve ever encountered. I do not know about the morning or after-noon shift but I definitely can tell y’all about the evening shift. The manager on duty is short with short hair and she is the absolute worst person you could put in management. Super rude for no reason and believes she is the franchise owner. It only reflects the actual franchise owner and all management in charge of her. What a shame. I will be there tomorrow morning to file a formal complaint. Thankfully there was a gentleman with a red shirt who helped me out. All of this was captured on a live stream with 150 people watching and 17,000 subscribers. I will absolutely upload this interaction so no one in wheat ridge deals with this nonsense. No one do business at this place of business. Burger King is literally 3 seconds away. The only edit I can make is I was so disgusted by the “managers” service I forgot my sprite and didn’t even try to go back for it. Absolutely disgusted by the service. Wow."

"Been here for a few days due to a back ordered part on vehicle. Couldn't be more amazed at the hospitality of the whole complex. I think having to pay for using the bathroom is a little ridiculous. I mean selling over a billion burgers a day as they claim McDonald's would rather turn down potential business because of a "call of nature". My question is if a person desperately has to use the bathroom, the human body can only hold so much waste then it has to release it. As a business owner I'd rather have the issue of finding a potential " not bathroom user" in the restrooms than have to pick up someone's body waste off the front door or doorstep. I honestly think that ( if you haven't already had a previously bad reputation for using the bathroom other than...) it is just as inhumane to deny a restroom to an obviously bowel issued person as it is to deny a glass of water. Maybe when enough poop filled ppl get denied bathroom use and end up releasing on the front door because of mussel control issues then McDonald's will look at there ridiculous " let's make another dollar" standards. BATHROOMS ARE A HUMAN RIGHT NOT A PRIVILEGE. PICKING UP EXCREMENTS FROM THE FRONT DOOR WAY IS NOT A PRIVILEGE, ITS A DUTY THAT COULD BE AVOIDED WITH A LITTLE HUMAN DECENCY. Other than that issue this is one of the better shopping complexes I've had the unfortunate situation of breaking down in. Security was top notch and very professional. Need more places like this ( except the restroom issue)"
