"Save yourself some time and go to the Youngsfield location!!!! I've had a problem with my order every single time I've been to the Kipling location. Missing food, food made with 1/2 the ingredients, and service always takes forever. Put in an order on the app at 8:10, showed up at 8:25 and didn't get my food until 8:50. This location opens at 8. It seems like it's a free for all behind the counter."
"It has been a very long time since I've eaten at a Taco Bell ... But the little girl in the back that made my tacos this time needs an award! So many times in the past I've gotten a soft taco and there's hardly anything in it but these ones rocked! So I tried going back again ... BIG MISTAKE!!! Was shorted items and given ZERO sauce that I ordered and they were out of the soda I ordered!!! I'm pissed that I didn't notice my meal was only 1/2 fullfied until I got home!!! Check everything BEFORE you leave - even if it holds up the line!!"
"I came here yesterday evening and the store was pretty much empty. After getting the wrong things through the drive thru I went inside to correct the order, it took 22 minutes for me to get my food. I literally don't understand, the store isn't busy, I see 4 employees, but I couldn't even get anyone to open the bathroom for my granddaughter while we were waiting for our food for so long. She almost peed all over the dining room. It took 10 minutes for that too. Then the food had almost no meat!!! It was like eating a salad in a shell. I won't be back here, REALLY poor customer service."
