"The staff is incredibly friendly!! My sister and I came here yesterday and got 8 pints of frozen custard at an affordable price. The gentleman who helped us told us about how the coolers we bought with the family packs would get us a dollar off the pints we get next time if we bring them back in, which is amazing! Everyone loved the custard and we will definitely be back! I can’t wait to try more!"
"This place is not what it's presented as. Horrendous service. Always waiting for online orders. Food just gets worse and worse everytime I eat there. Today's atrocity was supposed to be a culvers double on toasted sourdough. I got about 1 and a half patties... maybe? A slice of cheese. The tomato was completely steamed into my bread, making it a horrid soggy mess. Lettuce basically evaporated due to the same treatment. I can tell this is from rushing the order instead of assembling properly it at the end. I also had to wait for them to clear out the checkout line and then wait for someone to realize I'm in the carryout line and get acknowledged. Just go to in n out up the street. The wait is literally the same, the food is actually good. The only thing you'll be missing is the custard and root beer. So unless you need either of those. Just make this a pass."
"This is my first time ever eating Culver's, and it's great! Probably my new favorite fast food restaurant. The double butter burger with cheese is the best fast food burger I've ever had, the fries are good, and the cheese curds are also amazing. The frozen custard concrete mixers are great, better than the blizzard. If you haven't eaten at Culver's, I highly recommend trying it."
