Smashburger

"Definitely try the smash fries while you're here they're a must! I miss them the first time I went cuz I didn't know they existed and I missed out. The service here is iffy but it is what it is. The food kind of took longer than it should have, the place was kinda dirty when we went and stuff was not completely stocked. The food was delicious though. I got the mushroom burger with avocados, and added bacon! It's a yes! And don't forget that chocolate shake."

"Just not what it used to be. Disappointing burger isn't even as large as the bun. Fries were good, fresh hot and crispy but not enough to keep me coming back."

"This SmashBurger has always been a great location but my last two visits here have been phenomenal!! Ruey is very kind, very efficient, and polite. She would have me feel very confident that I would get exactly what I ordered because she was so thorough while we were ordering. I understand that she may be simply doing her job, but as a customer service employee, myself, she went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and happy with our order. "This place is hot and miss. Order online, kitchen does a good job. Fries are always a bone of contention, sometimes excellent, sometimes overcooked and inedible. On pickup you have to holler at the kitchen staff, they go out back and get the counter staff. I think the problem is the management needs to take more care and train staff correctly. Then the staff may stay and with experience, provide better service"
