"They are very lightly staffed. Servers helping out with cooking. Service not the quickest, but nice to see everyone pitching in. Ramen quite good. The octopus appetizer seemed to have raw batter, but was tasty and we ate it. Poke bowl also good. Everything a little salty. By the way, the receipt comes through under the name of the Thai restaurant that used to operate out of this space. Surcharge of 18% for large tables and 4% for cc payments."
"Best ramen I've ever had. Better even than places in the Bay area. The only time I've ever gotten a real ramen egg in Colorado instead of just a hard boiled egg. Broth was super flavorful without being very salty. Usually I love salt, as much as I can get, but I didn't mind less salt in this at all because it was so rich. Tempura was excellent also."
"The Black Garlic Ramen was excellent. The pork was sweet and mouth wateringly tender. Will definitely go again. Clean."
"Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! The ramen is so good, the broth they create is perfectly balanced and warm. A comfort food like no other. I had the Vegan Egg Rolls for an appetizer. They were delightfully crunchy and the oil they were fried in was very ‘clean’ and ‘fresh’ tasting. I have only been once as of this review and it was delicious from the first smell to the last bite. I will be going back soon and will continue to update this review."
