Applebee's Grill + Bar

"The food was good and the poor server did the best he could but the manager really did her best to make sure he failed. We called 2 hours before we knew we were coming in, we told them we had a large group and instead of putting is on hold to get the manager we got to hear how much they really did not want out money. Everything severs say about big parties... we got to hear. But then the manager got on the phone, and she assured us all would be great and her servers would " blow our minds" When we showed up, we were told that because they had just had a big rush, we would have to wait. No biggie, we were a group of 38. We were knew we would wait, but when we told the manager we would be more then happy ( actually would like) to sit in different sections since the servers had " the whole restaurant " to clean. We were all put in 1 section with 1 server. So after waitingb30 minutes to sit I then waited 45 to see a server, meanwhile someone else in our group was already done eating. It was embarrassing for Applebee's When we asked, before we got sat, if we could have more then 1 server, we were told no and that we would not even notice that we only had 1. And then she went and rolled silverware the whole time we were there. Horrible management, and most of us decided not to come back the next night. Or ever. Sad and embarrassing."

"Slow service, last 2 times we went to this location anything that we ordered that was deep fried tasted like the fryer oil hasn't been changed out in weeks, even smells like old fryer grease when you walk in. I've gotten ill last two times I went. Was a good place until around a year ago or so."

"I just had an Oriental salad with fried chicken. Not good! Not put together correctly -- hardly any lettuce; mostly noodles & cabbage. They must have a new cook there. I won't go there again."

"I haven't been to an Applebee's in years, but happy with our visit today! We came here specifically for Veteran's Day because they're one of the few restaurants that actually offers a free entre for all Veteran's without any extra conditions like having to buy another entre or whatever. And they offer the Veteran's menu the entire day, not just between specific times. He ordered the sirloin steak meal from the Veteran's menu and I just ordered a Tomato Basil soup and side salad. Usually I take pictures of the food we get, but we were so hungry, the only pictures I took were from the menu and for the Cinnabon Swirls, which I highly recommend! Overall, very satisfied with our visit, service and food was great, we'll definitely be coming back!"

"We haven't been to an Applebee's in a very long time; intrigued by the $14.99 all you can eat promotion, we decided to visit one before our movie night. The shrimp and boneless chicken wings were good. The riblets were tough to chew and not tender at all. The all you can eat feature is a bit misleading. The menu says endless fries, we didn't get any fries with our second order. Our beverages (alcohol) were good. Our server Jason was attentive and kind. This particular Applebee's seemed LGBTQ+ friendly. We also noticed quite a few senior citizens eating here which was great to see them out - post pandemic. There is plenty of parking and disabled parking. This place is kid friendly."
