"I ordered and asked for 2 Arby’s sauces. While pulling out I saw that she gave me 2 bbq sauces. No big deal, I just pulled back through to get the right ones. I tried handing back the bbq sauce. She refused to take them saying they can’t take things back. I asked her to throw them away please. She said no. I sat them on the window and she threw them on the ground. Unbelievable! I also said please and thank you and she was completely rude when I ordered. I get that working at Arby’s probably sucks, but you don’t have to be rude to the customers.
