"I have been using cafe rio for catering orders and have been satisfied so far. This time, they did not seal the food correctly and I was left with meat and bean juice all over my trunk. The food was a mess to set up."

"Update: It's still really good! I was really surprised at the quality of the food, very tasty and very fresh. Great beef, chicken, and pork were all tender and flavorful and both the pinto and black beans were amazing. We'll definitely be back"

"This might as well just be listed as a drive through. Use the kiosabd dint expect much other than to be handed your food. It's similar to sonic in that regard, but the people here just don't have a service mentality. PERIOD. Stay or go, the food is what the kiosk says it is. You are better off going to the one on university. It's has a better atmosphere, better service, better employees who care, and the food seems to just be better. This places is a stain on the name."

"my complaint is about poor quality output on delivery orders. I have never walked into this store to order in person, but nearly every online delivery order has an issue. - Missing drinks, missing food, missing sauces and toppings - Miniature sized tacos - Wrong kind of cheese (no special order or anything, just the default) The online app won't let me choose a different, closer restaurant to me for delivery, but the one near me that i occasionally walk into to order never has such issues."

"Tacoooo Tuesday! Went to Cafe Rio for the first time on Tuesday and just loved it. I really enjoyed the kiosk for ordering-no waiting in line. Service was great! Staff was super helpful. Their fountain drinks are so good. Love the Lime Mint and the Mango lemonade. I got a sweet pork and chile beef taco and they were so tasty. The experience and food here was better than most of the expensive restaurants around the area. Definitely recommended and will go back to this location."
