"This location is unsanitary they don’t charge there gloves and don’t show they care for the food safety. Ester the Asian girl who cough over the food, She also continued to touch her hair and jewelry on her neck with the same gloves. It was slow at the time I went into this location. After getting home and eating my food the orange chicken was chewy like gum. I’m glade when I randomly decide to eat out my food is handled sanitary and safe."

"Have been going here for years, but hit or miss with consistency of service & having enough fresh food & long lines & quantity serve is sometimes a small scoop or right amount. Most times I regret going to this one & no management is ever to be seen. SMH"

"This place has no customer service I always ask for my item on the side this employee would not give it to me in the smallest tiny red box like always. I saw them place the sweet fire chicken raw and return it to the skillet. If I ask for my item on the side I should get it on the side. This place is rude"

"Terrible, they are never on time if you order ahead. I ordered my food online and scheduled a time to have it picked up. I got there 5 minutes after that time and they said there is no order under my name. It took them 15 minutes to finally put my order together. They need better employees."

"I love panda Expres even some time make me sick, probably how they cook some dishes, my favorite are Shrimp walnut, nudle, mashroom and chicken, the most problems of this place are the service, most the time it's hard to find a good and helpful employee, WHY it's to hard be nice and make confort the costumer, my friend ask for a sample the employee without say nothing continue and ignore us, with another customer forget an order he give to them and have to tell again all the dishes, they have to take care more to the customer and be more gentle, but the food most the time are good and taste too bad for the service."
