"Food is good. But customer service is trash. The menu on the wall is NOT CORRECT!! They overcharge you for every single item and then add on another percentage if you pay with a credit card. All of which they don’t care. They point to the menu on the counter as the updated one and well, that one’s even more outdated than the board. I’m fine with paying what it is, but when the employees just don’t care when you bring it up is beyond me. It’s about $2-3 per item up charge and if you add meat add an additional fee. It was about a $15 difference on my order that I paid cash for. Please update your menu prices and have a sign up that we pay for using our credit card. And have a customer service retreat for your frontline employees that are burnt out."

"Edited on 1/20/24. I changed the rating from 4 to 5. When I’m in a rush I’m able to use the door dash pick up option to order ahead of time with no extra fees. This has helped solve the wait time issue. They really do have great food and prices. Original review: I’m torn on this review. I love their food and their prices are decent! The issue is the wait time for the food. They’re more of a fast food establishment than dine in and the shortest wait time I’ve had is 10 mins but normally it’s closer to 20. They have friendly staff and it’s very clean. If they could solve for the long wait times this place would be a 7 out of 5."

"Ive been to tamale kitchens before and its usually good foor for your dollar but just came through to get a steak "special" burrito with cheese and chili inside. I think they forgot the cheese and chili that i paid $2 extra for, at least if its in there i cant even tell... The steak and service was fine."
