"As others have shared, the parking is tight. A clean-up of the trash just outside of the fence would be nice. Nice view of Pikes Peak from the property. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Appreciated that room preferences were fulfilled. Front desk check-in was friendly. Breakfast area was a bit cramped, but had adequate variety and quality of food. Could see the single small elevator being a challenge if the hotel was full and/or if the elevator experienced mechanical problems. Overall, a positive experience."

"Picturesque view of the rockies. Continental Bfast is a full blown offering. The indoor pool is clean and well maintained. Gym very accessible and easy to jump in to. The room we had was spacious, clean, well lit and comfortable. Reasonable pricing for the accommodations. Parking may be a struggle for larger SUVs and is limited. No fancy amenities, but still it is clean and great views. Breakfast is great. No hesitation recommending staying here for budget / quick stop in CO Springs."

"Stayed here during our visit to Colorado. It is an old hotel, with ok rooms! The pull couch could use replacement, they are very pretty worn out. Showers are not installed with average human height standards. They were high enough to reach my shoulders by very little margin! Breakfast on the other hand is very good! Eggs, biscuit and gravy, Sausages tasted very good and warm"
