"On 3/4 I mistakenly booked this location through hotels. Com. Within 5 minutes of the error I notified the hotel and hotels . Com. The very rude manager stated that it was a non refundable booking and refused to refund the money even though I wasn't nor will ever stay at the business. How u think its okay to keep funds from an error , is beyond me. Much less how u expect it's a good business practice. This tells me in very clear terms the kind of man u are. And why no one should stay at ur establishment much less me. Good luck with ur business but I doubt I'll be there long running it this way. I'm filing a dispute through MasterCard and my credit card company just so they have u on notice. I'm also filing a formal complaint with choice hotels."

"If you're expecting the Ritz Carlton, not a chance, but if you want a clean room and a comfortable bed with a basic breakfast, then this is the place. The front desk guy was very courteous and let me check in early. I didn't smell any ounce of smoke. For $44, you get a lot for your money! Why spend $120 bucks at a holiday Inn for a bed & shower when you can save $75 and get the same thing?"

"The deposit was too high, and took too long to get back. especially with the indoor pool not being open! Their breakfast was really awesome! I will try it again sometime."

"It seems over-priced, rundown and totally fine for those who settle for the very least, can mind their own business, and don't expect any luxury. Always check for bedbugs before you stay here or at the Hilton. The best feature is the location since Old Colorado City is within walking distance, a few parks with playgrounds are nearby, plus there's a pedestrian and bike-friendly trail you can follow East to Downtown or West to the Red Rock Canyon. Near a Mountain Metro Transit bus stop if a vehicle is another thing you used to have."

"I actually don't understand what all the complaining are about! The room are clean and nice, the area is quiet, friendly staff. Ok, the hall needs a fix, but I guess you don't spend your time here. The breakfast is basic, but similar to any big chain motel in the area, or the whole US for that sake. And the price is really nice! I recommend!!"
