"Fine customer service and good food but several times I went by here, they were closed in the middle of the day. This was during the end of covid so I assume staffing issues but no sign and notice was unfortunate. Things seem to have improved lately."

"I came by a few weeks ago for lunch, but unfortunately I saw something disheartening. I saw an employee, who I assume is the manager because of their actions, named Courtney being very passive aggressive, dismissive, and incredibly condescending towards one of their coworkers. It's very discouraging to see a manager act like this towards their staff and I hope this can be remedied. Who knows what is happening behind closed doors to those employees especially because as a customer we don't get the full story."

"Love the food here. It’s fresh, tasty and plentiful. Service is good, but a little slow at times. Short staffed, maybe? This might be the reason why the restaurant could be a little more “picked up”."

"This place is super clean every time we've gone inside! The staff are very pleasant to help you decide what to get. Shout out to Chris, who was there our first night... he was perfect. We came back tonight because of how nice he was and found everyone else to be just as great. The food is better than our favorite place back home. We could eat this multiple times a week. The pita bread is always so fresh, and I just can't get enough of the bowls with whatever I choose to add in. Here are photos from both times we've gone."

"We really enjoyed this place. It was our first time at this franchise and we are definitely going to return. The staff was very nice and super helpful. The ingredients looked/ were fresh despite us going late at night, and though they were out of some things, for the most part they were stocked. They have a good variety of foods, making it easy to try something new every time. We both enjoyed our meals and agreed the experience was good! The only thing we noticed was the restrooms were slightly in kept, but not a deal breaker. We will be eating here again."
