Smashburger

"I always used to be able to get the chicken Colorado sandwich here. Tonight I went in and it was no longer on the menu, they said they could sub chicken for the beef patty, and then they couldn't figure it out so I left. That was a good sandwich. It would be great to have it back."

"Kids chicken tenders meal served to my six year old tonight (1/22/24) after a 15 minute wait. Chicken was raw (see photo). After I showed them that it was barely cooked at all, they said they had problems with their fryers. Then they couldn't figure out how to do a refund."

"Food was awesome, people were awesome, service was awesome. Only reason for 3 stars is the drink carrier I was provided quite literally disintegrated upon picking the drinks up. Seemed to work fine from the resturant to my car, but that second pick up was all it could take. I was trying to bring food to my wife who had given birth 4 hours earlier so... yeah that didn't work out too well."

"Went to our first and last Smash Burger. For one the burger is far from smashed, too much meat and didn't notice a single patty option. Freddy's needs to be called smash burger instead. My copy cat Smash Burgers that I make are 1000 times better than this over priced 10 dollar burger. A burger that didn't come as a meal. So if you get smash tots for 3.89 and a drink for 3.29, that's a 17 dollar meal! The tots were the only good thing we tried. Then to top it off the soda machine wasn't working so had to go with juices, teas and lemonade, not everyone likes that. The kids burger comes plain without a single thing on it. My man tried to get the chicken wings, I think it was, with a sauce. They said it was going to be 15 minutes so he switched to 3 tenders for 7.99 thinking it would also come with the same sauce. It did not. The options were ranch, BBQ and smash burger sauce. The thing that topped off the visor was the employee that was at the register and also collecting food kept wiping his nose on his hand with and without gloves! He also touched his eyeball with his gloved finger."

"Quality cooked-to-order smash burger, with excellent burger sauce. The fries are good, however not a huge fan of the rosemary seasoning. The restaurant was clean and the staff was awesome!"
