"Alright then! Now please listen up! We drove up to look out mountain from Golden. Before we left Golden, we stopped at the visitor center (we were visitors) and the gentleman behind the desk (who was awesome but has nothing to do with this restaurant) did recommend that we stop in the little town of Morrison. So, we did. Pulled into town, and we saw this little shop, so we had to stop. Parked right in front, walked in, bought something, walked out, and someone gave me a ticket for parking illegally. I did not expect to pay for parking in this small town. The space was not marked very well with signage that said to pay and give you the QR to pay. I wasn't happy until I looked up and saw this restaurant. Mill Street Eats, you saved the whole town of Morrison from getting a bad write-up from me. Go to Morrison and eat at this restaurant! Just remember to look all around to find a sign so you don't get fined 50 bucks."
"I never order my own burger. I always ask the cook what they think is best with my meat of choice (buffalo over beef everytime). The burger is always different, and I have never been let down. Tons of outdoor seating, and the restaurant is attached to a bar for those who like indoor seating or a wider variety of beverage choices. Everytime I go to Denver, I make sure to stop here for at least one meal."
"Great food for a fair price. You order at the register and they bring it to you. The Lakota Burgers and Fries were absolutely delicious. Also ordered ice tea. Also, their ice cream scoops (Doble fudge and butter pecan) were a yummy desert. You can eat along a creek or the balcony (were we ate). The area was peaceful... but it was early afternoon. You can also eat inside near the bar. Shooting pool is also an option on the bar side (Morrison Holiday Bar)."
"This place was actually a pleasant surprise! Came to eat before going to Film on The Rocks & the food was so good, crispy, & great quantity! The staff was helpful & friendly. I had a vegetarian sandwich with fries & my friend had chicken tenders with tots. Not to mention, thankful & happy about pricing!"
"We came for the ice cream, and it was nice! Our attendant was quick and very kind to us. The ice cream itself was not the coldest, and you had to work hard to eat it before it melted :-) however, the flavors were nice and they have free water for you and napkins to clean up your mess! We ate on the gorgeous benches across from the restaurant. We found some in the shade, and there are multiple places all around that you could’ve eaten. I am hearing great reviews about the food, and would like to come back and try that. This time, we had food at the Morrison in and it was awesome!"
