"Our chairs didn’t work management was extremely rude. Bathrooms were filthy no working soap dispensers and paper towels were out only one working dryer. Email about free pens when seeing ghostbusters movie bought tickets through email and was told at door only certain theaters got pens even though they handed out pens to group before us and we had biggest most expensive theater in the whole place??? No wonder Alamo drafthouse is taking over they have way better prices, seats, management, popcorn and manners."

"Poor, horible, hostile services at the door. Neveah was very rude. She made facial expressions and rolled her eyes. She directed me to the wrong side of the cinema and gave me theater number that didn't exist. She was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for the movie room. I felt really uncomfortable. I was on the other side asking another cinema representative, and he helped me find the movie I was trying to see. I mentioned to the boy that I would write a review, and he tried to apologize for his colleagues. It was a horrible service overall. The girl is on my pictures. She needs to be trained. I didn't ask for anything special, neither for any extra attention. Just horible, poor service. I don't recommend."

"There's nothing really wrong with the theater, it's just not my top 5 choices of where to go for a movie. The parking is easy, the line to get through for food is efficient if there's someone behind the food counter, and generally the staff is helpful and friendly. The best part about this location is there are three premier screens to choose from, which is always nice."
