"This is by far one of the worst places I have ever worked. They are racist. They are sexist. They treat their employees like they’re nothing. I worked there for a whole year and one of the managers lied on me and got me fired. They allow me to come back Just for the same person to get back in office and before her first day working, they fired me again because they said that I got a survey that have five points which is required for immediate termination but why would it be a scale from 1 to 10 if five is the point that will get you terminated. The energy is absolutely horrible half the employees can’t read or count. All they do is sit on their phones. They barely clean them rooms and I know cause I worked there. They don’t stock the market like that. They’re always some type of a scammer in the hotel or a crackhead so beware 10 out of 10 would not recommend"

"We chose this hotel because they offered a New Years Eve party with a rooftop party to watch the fireworks. The woman that checked us in was not happy to be working and took it out on us. The party on the roof was terrible. They had put out four heaters but they didn’t help with the sub 30’s weather. The staff stayed at the bar in the lobby because of the cold. It was like we were at their party, they were dressed up and partying and ignored the guests. When midnight came everyone gathered on the roof and the staff gathered and celebrated the great year they had by spraying the champagne off the roof and filming the whole debacle so they could show what a great party it was, on social media. Then they packed up the food and leftover champagne and split it all up between themselves and their kids, leaving scraps for the guests who paid for the party and food. It was a good thing we brought champagne because we never got our complimentary glass. The party cost us a lot of money and when asked if we had a good time we told them we were disappointed with the evening and were told they were a small hotel with not a lot of resources and they had done the best they could to entertain us. One of the worst New Years we have ever had. Terrible service with no regard for the customer’s needs."

"This is everything you could want traveling with children; a heated pool, hotel bar, gym and board games displayed in a way that invites you to hang out a little longer. The staff was really accommodating and we didn’t want for anything longer than 15 mins. The breakfast is good. And I mean that! Saved us $60 every morning we had access to it."

"Nice rooms if you can deal constant pounding from the rooms above you. I had two different rooms and it is crazy how loud the rooms above me were. Kids running back and forth for hours. I reported this to the hotel staff but nothing was done. My only suggestion is try to get a room on the top floor. It would be wise for the hotel staff to put guest with kids on the bottom floor to avoid so much noise."
