"Last two visits have been less than pleasant. First visit a month or so ago one of the gals behind the desk was rude to my wife. Thought maybe it was a one off. Went back today, same gal same response. Decided to call in and talk to Steve to express concern and that we want to do business where we are treated professionally and respectfully. Did not get a chance to give any names and was told she is a hard worker and I'm sure did not mean to be rude. No apologies. Nothing. Business are closing because customers are finding other business that are willing to treat them better. How can we support a small local business if they can't offer us the decency or common courtesy of respect?"
