"We went to the Westminster store merchandise pick up or a sales associate (sometimes harder to find) to locate an item that was currently sold out there. They identified 2 stores, 1 in Superior, that still showed it in stock so we did not have to wait for it. An associate found the item at the end of an aisle on a pallet when we could not find it in the aisle expected by the pickup merchandise person. Saved us time locating item."

"Came in today to shop and had a difficult interaction with Hallie. We went over to membership and Andrew took great care of us. Welcoming, friendly, adaptable, and helped us update our parents membership to include us. Andrew truly turned our experience at Costco from irritated to leaving completely happy. Thank you Andrew! People like you make places like Costco great."

"The trifecta of waiting in lines is only available when shopping at Costco. Where else can you find a line that's over 15 people long to wait to leave after you've already waited in line to pay? Nowhere! Best part of all is that they charge you an annual fee to enjoy this. Earlier this year they thought it was acceptable to have cash register lines backed up to the dairy, so I left them a full cart of perishables sitting there. It's really the only way to thank them."

"The fast food part is good, but everyone here was incredibly rude. My wife and I bought a membership online, and went in to see what everything was about. Everyone there made sure to let us know we are not welcome, so we won't be going back. We offered "card checker" our membership number, since it was our first time in. She rudely told us to "Go over there" and pointed to the membership desk. We went there and stood for 10 minutes. There was no line, but the two associates were chatting and would not acknowledge us. Finally, we just went in, and once the cashier found out we didn't have cards yet, she refused to speak to us or look at us until a manager was able to verify my wife's ID. After about ten minutes of standing at the register and going to help the manager with his computer, we were finally verified and allowed to purchase items. The cashier then snapped at me "I can't sell you just one of these..." "ugh" and angrily pointed at a 6 pack of muffins. "That's a 12 pack" she stated, pointing at the 6-pack box of muffins. I told her I would just take the rest of my stuff without the muffins. The manager then came over and started explaining condescendingly that costco has "mostly bulk items" and its "not really the best for everyone" It was very clear that we are not welcome here for some reason. They tricked us with the membership fee, but we won't make the mistake of returning. Don't fall for it, most items aren't even priced better than competitors."

"As always Costco in Superior is a great place for groceries and essentials. We visit this Costco every week for our groceries. It has good stick all the essential items and services to meet the needs of customers. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. They have ample parking and a gas station too. Will recommend everyone"
